If your question concerns a repair, appointment, estimate, invoice, payment, pickup notice, vehicle, equipment item, or other service provided by a business using Socket Sam, contact the participating business identified in your message, estimate, invoice, or service record. Socket Sam provides the software platform; the participating business is responsible for the underlying repair or service.
Socket Sam account support
Socket Sam account users can sign in to access the support and account-management options available within the software. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials by SMS.
